Within the UAE: item(s) must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unaltered & with all tags & original packaging i.e. in full sellable condition.
Returned items will be processed within 7 days of receipt. The customer will be kept updated by e-mail.
If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) at: info@bandbjeans.com. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of the request.
For International orders, we do not offer free exchanges. thus, if you would like to exchange any item then you must request a refund for the item. The refund will be processed as soon as the item to be exchanged has been returned to Blonde & Brunette. Returned items must be unused, unaltered & with all tags & original packaging i.e. in full sellable condition.
The customer can then place a new order for the item which one would like to order instead
Cancellation of an order
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled on the site.
