BLONDE & BRUNETTE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. 

By completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Orders placed on Saturdays after 12PM & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

UAE:

Delivery within the UAE will be AED30 for shipping.

• After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
• Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays.
• Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in UAE before 12PM.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - (Shipped through DHL)

• After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with the tracking number and shipping costs. These shipping costs exclude any local tax which could be applicable in your county.
• Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays.
• International orders will take 3 to 5 working daysfrom the date of purchase.

Additional Information:

Although we will do our utmost to ensure the delivery times mentioned in our Order confirmation and mentioned above are accurate, please be aware that these delivery times are estimates only.

Blonde & Brunette is not responsible for lost packages i.e. if the customer’s provided delivery address is wrong or a delivery address is provided where the customer is not able to receive the delivery. Blonde & Brunette will not reimburse in these cases.

However - if the delivery address provided is correct and the order is not delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, Blonde & Brunette will provide you with a full refund.
