Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) returned have been approved. Returns for items are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. For international orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

After returned items have been approved, Blonde & Brunette will issue a refund (in the original form of payment i.e. card payment) of the items (excluding shipping/delivery charges, custom duties and any other extra charges that may be incurred). Returned items must be accompanied with the receipt in original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
